Phone books (and other SOFT-cover books) can be placed in your blue bin for recycling. Residents simply need to place outdated phonebooks in their Blue Bin.

Businesses may recycle their phone books and other SOFT-cover books through their waste haulers or at OCRRA's Rock Cut Road Transfer Station.

Companies with significant quantities of old directories can call Waste Management / Recycle America at 315-461-9323 or Syracuse Recycling & Recovery at 315-437-1249 to arrange a time to drop them off.
